Marketing Head Company Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd Location Barasat Kolkata Experience 4-6 Years Preferred in Travel Forex Service Industry Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Planning Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company s travel forex and medical tourism services Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including social media email marketing SEO and paid promotions Identify market trends and consumer behavior to align marketing strategies with business goals Branding Communication Strengthen the brand presence across online and offline platforms Create impactful marketing content campaigns and promotional materials Oversee corporate communication brand guidelines and customer-facing content Lead Generation Growth Generate high-quality leads through digital and offline channels Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong conversion of leads into customers Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI Team Leadership Lead mentor and train the marketing team to improve performance and productivity Coordinate with designers vendors agencies and media partners for campaign execution Event Partnership Management Organize promotional events seminars and marketing activities Build partnerships with travel providers hospitals medical tourism financial institutions and other stakeholders Reporting Analytics Prepare monthly marketing performance reports Analyze campaign data website traffic customer insights and sales trends to enhance marketing effectiveness Required Skills Qualifications 4-6 years of marketing experience preferably in travel forex or service-based industries Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills Creative thinking with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Ability to manage budgets and deliver high-impact campaigns within timelines Proficiency in MS Office Google Analytics CRM marketing tools How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to send their CV to humanresources need82 in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
