Head-Innovation & Start Up EcosystemAbout the Role:-At Brainware University, we believe innovation isn’t a department — it’s a culture.As the Head – Innovations & Start Up Ecosystem, you will spearhead the creation of a vibrant innovation and startup ecosystem, nurturing the next generation of creators, inventors, and changemakers.Your mission: to transform breakthrough ideas into viable products, ventures, and social impact initiatives across disciplines.Key Responsibilities:-- Lead the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Cell (IIC/Start-up cell) aligned with Mo E’s Innovation Cell (MIC) and Atal Innovation Mission (AIM).- Design and drive startup incubation and accelerator programs in emerging domains such as AI, Health Tech, Agri Tech, Fin Tech, and Sustainability.- Facilitate research commercialization, patenting, and spin-off creation in collaboration with industry partners.- Build cross-disciplinary innovation labs and startup hubs that empower students and faculty to prototype, test, and scale their ideas.- Forge strategic partnerships with government agencies, venture networks, investors, and corporates.- Curate Brainware Innovation Summits and Startup Showcases to highlight entrepreneurial talent and attract external collaboration.️ What You’ll Build:-- Innovation Labs & Startup Hubs across multidisciplinary verticals.- A vibrant incubation pipeline from idea-to-market for student and faculty founders.- An IPR & Research Commercialisation Cell promoting patents and technology
