To strengthen our Training & Placement ecosystem, we are inviting an experienced professional to lead our Pre-Placement Training division.Role Overview:-We are looking for a dynamic professional with 8–10 years of proven experience in pre-placement or employability training. The ideal candidate will design, manage, and deliver high-impact training programs that prepare students for placement drives across all departments.Key Responsibilities:-Lead communication, soft skills, aptitude, and interview-preparation training for placement readiness.Conduct workshops, mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude sessions for large student groups.Collaborate with faculty, T&P teams, and departments to plan structured training calendars, guest lectures, and industry interactions.Coordinate internship programs by engaging with industry partners and ensuring proper academic alignment.Build and maintain strong industry relationships to enhance placement opportunities.Track student performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans for employability enhancement.Maintain documentation, training reports, and placement-related statistics for institutional records.Key Skills & Competencies:-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and student engagement abilities.Confident, approachable, and inspiring personality.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with students, faculty, recruiters, and industry stakeholders.Understanding of current industry expectations, emerging skill trends, and placement standards.Eligibility:- 8–10 years of relevant experience in pre-placement, soft skills, aptitude, or corporate readiness training.Master's Degree is Desirable.Experience in higher education or large-scale training environments preferred, especially in a University.How to Apply:-Eligible candidates may send their updated CV to hrd@brainwareuniversity.ac.in/ benazir.hr@brainwareuniversity.ac.in or Call at 8972560027/033-69010542/8826441799Subject Line: Application for Head – Pre-Placement Training
