Supply Chain Executive

**Role Summary**
The Supply Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the supply chain activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely procurement, and smooth distribution of goods. The role involves liaising with vendors, monitoring supply levels, and optimizing supply chain processes to meet business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock outs. Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare detailed reports.
- **Procurement**: Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and quality materials. Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics and present findings to management.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all supply chain operations comply with company policies and government regulations. Maintain proper documentation for procurement and logistics activities.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
