We are committed to promoting quality and innovation in the agricultural sector while fostering international partnerships.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team in Delhi. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of export operations, documentation and overall management. The successful candidate will support the Supply Chain Manager in optimizing our export processes while maintaining full compliance with international trade regulations and food safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage export documentation and liaise with customs authorities to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including food safety standards, and international trade regulations.Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and service providers. Monitor service quality, and resolve operational issues.Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure all shipments comply with destination country regulations, food safety certifications, and import/export requirements. Maintain accurate records for audit trail and traceability purposes.Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare logistics reports, shipment summaries, and performance metrics for management review. Track KPIs related to on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and customs clearance timelines. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, quality assurance, and operations teams to align logistics with business objectives and customer requirements.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, export logistics, or related supply chain operations.Knowledge: Familiarity with export documentation, IEC (Importer-Exporter Code), shipping terms (Incoterms), and customs procedures. Knowledge of food export regulations is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Cloud systems is preferred.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of rice export operations or agricultural commodity exports.Experience with food safety compliance in export operations.
