**Technical Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage and maintain sales-related documents and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Education & Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
**Soft Skills**:
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
**Nice-to-Have**
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of inventory management or order processing systems.
- Prior experience in retail or B2B sales support.
- Multilingual capabilities for interacting with diverse clients.
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Core Responsibilities (Vertical - T)**
**Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, sales presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Track and manage sales leads and ensure timely follow-up.
**Customer Interaction**:
- Provide information about products or services and address customer concerns.
- Follow up on sales orders and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and data accuracy for the sales team.
- Coordinate meetings, sales calls, and schedules for the sales representatives.
- Manage inventory and process orders, ensuring accurate documentation and delivery.
**Collaborative Responsibilities (Horizontal - T)**
- Work with the marketing team to prepare promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
- Support other departments as needed to facilitate smooth business operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,706.53 per month
