THE POSITION:
Process Trainer plays a vital role in establishing new business verticals and managing the growth of the organisation. This is high intensity role which will test your abilities. The role is for people who are extremely motivated and do not back out in face of insurmountable situations. Fast professional and financial growth is in store for extremely zealous and hardworking individuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with people managers
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices Build monthly, quarterly, and annual training program
- Bring training partners and guest presenters
- Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- End to end experience with learning management software
- Knowledge of various training methods and tools (voice processes)
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods.

EDUCATTION:

- MBA preferred
