Looking for a desktop support administrator with 2-5 years of recent experience. Must be willing to provide support whenever required. Who can provide infrastructural support to the staff on request. The individual will support, install, and fix PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other computer assets in the organization.

Desired Skills:

- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and self-starter.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be well organized and driven to meet deadlines.
- Managing and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
- UPS Monitoring
- Preventive / Corrective maintenance of all the desktops.
- Provide regular technical support, install, and fix PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other computer assets in an organization
- Good experience on installation and troubleshooting windows and MS- Office.
- Knowledge of Windows Domain, DHCP and DNS.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Antivirus software.
- Good knowledge on outlook client.
- Backups, restores for maintenance servers and Active directories.
- Troubleshooting, Diagnosing malfunctions in the operation of hardware and software.
- Maintain all the assets and update asset database at regular intervals.
- Troubleshooting and support LAN / VPN issues for employees.
- Basic knowledge on Linux/Unix is an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,708.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
