Key Responsibilities:

- Advise the company on legal matters related to corporate activities.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal issues in all corporate matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external law firms to ensure timely and cost-effective legal support.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance and data privacy.
- Provide strategic legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in corporate law and implementing changes in company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Active license to practice law in the state.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Corporate Law.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, business practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex legal issues to the business team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
