**Job Description**:
**Position: Legal Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contract Review and Management:

- Review, analyze, and draft various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including contract negotiation, execution, and renewal.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract repository.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contractual risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Legal Research and Analysis:

- Conduct legal research on various topics related to drone manufacturing, intellectual property, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze legal issues, provide clear and concise summaries, and make recommendations to internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact the drone manufacturing industry.
- Assist in developing legal strategies and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor changes in regulations and assess the impact on the company''s operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Legal Support and Documentation:

- Provide legal support to various departments within the company, including Sales, Operations, and R&D.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
- Collaborative Engagement:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal advice and guidance on business initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating and managing external legal counsel as needed.
- Support the Legal Department in other legal matters as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor''s degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably with experience in contract review, intellectual property, or technology-related matters.
- Strong understanding of contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
