**Position Title:

- Legal Executive**

Location: Navi Mumbai, Rabale

Department: Legal CTC : Upto 2.50LPA based on Experience & Knowledge

Bond : 1.6Yrs

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Legal Risk Management**:

- Research, anticipate, and identify potential legal risks to safeguard the

company’s interests.
- Proactively provide legal advice on various matters to mitigate risks and

ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

**2. Drafting and Reviewing Documents**:

- Structure, draft, and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Ensure legal documentation aligns with company policies and regulatory

requirements.

**3. Litigation and Arbitration**:

- Stay updated on judicial developments, amendments, and trends in laws,

particularly Arbitration.
- Assist in managing litigation cases and collaborate with external legal counsel

when necessary.

**4. Compliance and Reporting**:

- Prepare and file necessary government reports and ensure timely compliance

with statutory obligations.
- Guide internal stakeholders on regulatory and compliance matters.

**5. Vendor and Subcontractor Relations**:

- Review and evaluate new business relationships with vendors and

subcontractors.
- Ensure that agreements are legally sound and compliant with applicable

regulations.

**6. Advisory Role**:

- Provide guidance to management on corporate governance and legal

procedures.
- Support decision-making processes with sound legal insights.

Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of Arbitration laws and recent amendments is essential.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Law equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with corporate law, arbitration, compliance, and regulatory matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
