Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company, labor, intellectual property, and data protection laws.
  • Manage and file patent applications and coordinate with patent attorneys or agencies.
  • Conduct due diligence and legal research on intellectual property and licensing matters.
  • Maintain and organize company legal documentation and licenses.
  • Coordinate with external counsels, government departments, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support internal teams (HR, Finance, and Operations) with legal inputs.
  • Handle notices, correspondence, and assist in dispute resolution or contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) preferred.
  • 1–2 years of corporate legal experience (preferably in a tech or IT company).
  • Patent law experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of IP laws, contracts, and corporate compliance.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
