**Salary Range**: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Job Summary**

Avviare Educational Hub is seeking a **dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer** to enhance our corporate relations and drive successful student placements and internships, particularly in **IT and Management streams**.

**Key Responsibilities1. Industry Collaboration & Corporate Outreach**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading organizations in IT, Management, and allied sectors.
- Initiate and manage partnerships for **campus recruitment drives**, **guest lectures**, **workshops**, and **seminars**.
- Regularly engage with HR professionals and hiring managers to align student readiness with current industry trends.

**2. Placement & Internship Coordination**
- Plan, organize, and execute **placement drives**, **internship programs**, and **pre-placement talks**.
- Provide **career counseling**, **resume-building guidance**, and **interview preparation sessions** for students.
- Track placement data, maintain records, and submit regular performance and feedback reports to management.

**3. Events & Industry Exposure**
- Coordinate **industry visits**, **alumni meets**, and **career fairs** to enhance students’ practical exposure.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to conduct **career-oriented panels**, **guest sessions**, and **skill workshops**.

**4. Academic & Institutional Support**
- Promote institutional programs such as **Executive MBA**, **MCA**, and others through corporate collaborations.
- Identify **student skill gaps** and suggest **training or development interventions** to boost employability.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (MBA preferred).
- 3-10 years of experience in **placements**, **corporate relations**, or **career services**.
- Strong **industry network** and proven ability to develop new corporate partnerships.
- Excellent **communication**, **interpersonal**, and **presentation** skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**, **CRM tools**, and **placement tracking systems**.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
