Experience-3yrs to 10yrs

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

Avviare Educational Hub is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Placement Officer to strengthen our industry engagement and ensure successful student placements and internships, particularly in IT and Management streams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent networking skills, corporate connections, and a passion for guiding students toward successful careers.

Key Responsibilities1. Industry Collaboration & Corporate Outreach

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with reputed organizations in the IT, Management, and allied sectors.
  • Initiate and manage partnerships for campus recruitment drives, guest lectures, workshops, and seminars.
  • Engage regularly with HR professionals and hiring managers to align student readiness with current industry demands.

2. Placement & Internship Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute placement drives, internship programs, and pre-placement talks.
  • Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career counseling.
  • Track placement data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on outcomes and feedback.

3. Events & Industry Visits

  • Coordinate industry visits, alumni interactions, and career fairs for real-world exposure.
  • Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to organize career-oriented events and panel discussions.

4. Academic & Institutional Support

  • Promote admissions into Executive MBA, MCA, and other institutional programs through corporate collaborations.
  • Identify student skill gaps and recommend training interventions to enhance employability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • 3–10 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or career services.
  • Proven industry network and ability to establish corporate partnerships.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and placement tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
