**Job Summary**:
The Placement Officer will be responsible for overseeing and executing the placement activities of the institution. This role involves building strong relationships with potential employers, organizing recruitment drives, conducting career counseling sessions, and facilitating the placement process for students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Placement Coordination**: Develop and maintain relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to create placement opportunities for students/graduates.
- **Career Counseling**: Provide career guidance and counseling to students/graduates, helping them understand career options, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- **Job Market Analysis**: Stay updated on job market trends and industry demands to better advise students and tailor placement strategies.
- **Resume Building**: Assist students/graduates in preparing effective resumes and cover letters.
- **Networking**: Organize and facilitate networking events, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives to connect students with potential employers.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on placement statistics, including success rates and feedback from employers and students.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records of placements, employer contacts, and student interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
