**Profile: Training & Placement Officer**

**Department**: Career Services / Training and Placement
**Location**: Noida, Sector -62.
**Experience**: 6 months or above**.**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events for students.
2) Guide students through the interview process, including pre-placement preparation and follow-ups with employers.

3)Track and maintain placement records and ensure accurate reporting on placement statistics.
4) Offer guidance on resume building, interview skills, personality development, and soft skills enhancement.
5) Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to organize skill development workshops.
6) Stay updated with industry trends and skills in demand, and implement training programs accordingly.
7) Prepare periodic reports on the placement status and student performance to be shared with the management.

**Qualifications and skills**:
1) Graduate degree in Management from a well reputed college/university.(Masters Degree preferred)
2) Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for facilitating career success.
3) Familiarity with career development tools, resume building, and interview preparation techniques.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
