5. **Internship Arrangements**: Assist students in securing internships that align with their career interests.

6. **Alumni Engagement**: Utilize alumni networks to create mentorship and job opportunities for current students.

7. **Job Market Research**: Analyze employment trends and tailor training programs accordingly.

8. **Soft Skills Enhancement**: Conduct sessions on communication skills, teamwork, leadership, and workplace etiquette.

9. **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain records of placements, feedback from recruiters, and student progress.
