**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies to facilitate student placements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interactions.
- Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Coordinate with faculty and administration to align placements with academic programs.
- Keep track of industry trends to enhance student employability.
- Maintain placement records and prepare reports on placement activities.

**Requirements**:

- **4-5 years of experience** in student placements, career services, or HR recruitment.
- Strong networking skills with corporate and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide and mentor students for career opportunities.
- Knowledge of different industries and job market trends.
