We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **B2B Marketing Associate** to drive business growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients, as well as building strong relationships with existing ones. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, conducting effective sales presentations, and facilitating successful client meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients within the target market.
- **Lead Generation**: Employ a diverse range of strategies, including cold calling, networking, Company Visits, to generate high-quality leads.
- **Field Sales**: Conduct regular site visits to engage with clients, understand their specific requirements, and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
- **Sales Presentations**: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that effectively communicate the company's unique value proposition and solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve shared goals.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in field sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
