**Job Title**: Salesforce / ERP Executive
**Location**: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage user access, licenses, profiles, roles, permissions, and public groups in Salesforce.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all administrative tasks and system changes for audit and training purposes.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent system performance.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend Salesforce-based improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation rules aligned with business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in user management, workflow automation, data validation, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
