Salesforce Administrator

As a

In this role you will:

- Define baseline information requirements for the business for system / process changes
- Build project roadmaps and lead system updates to ensure projects are effectively driven forward
- Assist with the testing of new functional implementations
- Use best-practice methodologies to expertly analyse Salesforce implementations
- Ensure all agreed solutions are communicated to identified stakeholders and user base
- Collaborate with the IT Salesforce Business Analyst to resolve user queries and execute solutions
- Generate expert analysis of support incidents and service requests
- Be the content expert by providing coaching and training for Salesforce users via one-to-one, group and remote sessions, ensuring training documentation and content is refreshed on an ongoing basis

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have a degree in Business or relevant administration certification and have grown your Salesforce Cloud experience over more than 5 years
- Have previous experience successfully delivering complex cloud-based business process redesign projects
- Are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
- Have strong problem-solving skills, business acumen and a commercial mindset to create balanced solutions and recommendations
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
