**About the Opportunity**:
Netrix Global is looking for a **Salesforce Administrator** for the Netrix Enterprise Systems (NES) department. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, improving & enhancing our Salesforce platform in support of the execution of the internal Enterprise Systems roadmap. The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of system management including support tickets and implementing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.

**How You Will Make **An Impact**:

- As a member of our growing team, many of the Salesforce Administrator, duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Sandbox environment management
- Proactive system maintenance
- Correct errors and debug logs for any issues
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, etc.
- Translate requirements into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience and in support of internal customers.

**What You Will Bring** To The Table**:

- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and minimum of 3 years of Salesforce hands-on experience with Sales Cloud & CPQ
- Outstanding teamwork skills
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and additional Salesforce certifications desired
- Kantata (Kimble) experience strongly preferred
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experienced preferred
- Sage Intacct integration experience considered a major plus
