**Role: Salesforce Administrator**
**Location: Pune, India**
Perforce develops DevOps tools that improve software quality and security as well as team productivity for several of the world’s leading companies, such as PIXAR, CD Projekt Red, NASA, Verizon, Honda, NVIDIA, and Johns Hopkins.
**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform daily administration of the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, user permissions, profiles, and workflows.
- Manage reporting, dashboards, object views and data hygiene in Salesforce.
- For configuration projects, work hands-on in Salesforce to satisfy the business requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical designs, project plans, workflows and training documents.
- Manage the case queue, troubleshoot tickets and assign tickets to the team.
- Support data migrations and backfill processes.
- Document and test Salesforce releases.
**Requirements**:
- Two+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Experience working with Salesforce Dataloader
- Ability to work successfully with remote business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive Salesforce projects to completion.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working with a global organization with a headquarters in the United States.
