You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that drive business success.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.- Provide internal Salesforce training to users and develop training materials as needed.- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and customize Salesforce to improve user experience and business efficiency.- Implement new Salesforce features and functionality as needed.- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks.- Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular system audits and data cleansing.- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Salesforce Administrator Certification required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar CRM administration role.- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.- Strong data management abilities.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:- Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., with marketing tools, ERP, or other third-party applications).- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools like Apex and Visualforce is a plus.- Experience with tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and other admin utilities.- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.Certifications:- Salesforce Administrator (Required)- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Required)- Salesforce Platform Developer (Preferred)- Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred)- Salesforce Business Analyst (Preferred)
