We are hiring "**Salesforce Administrator**" for a product-based company and they are into leading live video commerce platform. **Role: Salesforce Administrator** **Experience: 3 to 5 years** **Mode of work: Remote** **Shift timing: 3PM to 12 AM** **Skills: salesforce tools, Dataloader, workbench** **In this role you will**: - Handle basic administrative functions including user maintenance (creation/deactivation, roles, profiles, sharing rules, permissions), modification of page layouts, generating/updating reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, and other routine tasks. - Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as flows, validation rules, process builder, and approval processes. - Resolve day-to-day user support tickets. - Assess issues and provide recommendations for short - and long-term resolutions. - Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases, salesforce roadmap features, and long-term projects. - Gather detailed requests from stakeholders, outline plan and determine completion timeline, receive organizational approval, and implement requests. - Manage Salesforce integrations with 3rd party vendors, including implementation, resolution of errors, and administrative maintenance. - Provide written and/or screen recorded documentation as well as training for customizations. **If you’re right for this role you**: - At least 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce administration (including managing users; creating and maintaining flows; building reports, dashboards, resolving errors, etc.) - Familiarity with external Salesforce tools such as DataLoader, VS Code, and WorkBench (or similar) - Salesforce Administrator certification - Exceptional ability to create and edit custom automation logic - Expertise in the best practices for Salesforce security, architecture, and data integrity - Self-starting, team player attributes with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests - Dynamic creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization **Salary**: ₹25.00 - ₹28.00 per year
