Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator - CPQ Specialist **Job Description**: **Responsibilities**: - Take meaningful responsibility for shaping and executing our strategy and operations by leveraging your high level of productivity and initiative. - Evaluate business requirements and technical aspects holistically, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also simple and scalable. - Leverage your expertise as a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize Salesforce CPQ, Sales, and Service cloud instances. - Balance and prioritize multiple priorities and demands, demonstrating your proficiency in multitasking and time management. - Communicate effectively with various cross-functional teams, conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Expertise in Steelbrick CPQ is essential, along with hands-on experience in Sales and Service cloud configurations. - Possession of Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Administrator certifications is mandatory. - Proven history of successful involvement in multiple Salesforce CPQ implementations. - Strong business acumen combined with technical proficiency, allowing you to understand and address business objectives with effective technical solutions. - A high-energy, "company-first" attitude, and a passion for making a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to collaborate across various teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome challenges.
