**Role Overview**

We are looking for **Support Team Executives** to manage smooth communication between customers, delivery partners (riders), and restaurant/vendor partners on the **MyRider** platform.
This role is primarily office-based, focusing on **coordinating orders, handling support calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience** for all stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with restaurants, delivery partners, and customers.
- Monitor ongoing orders and proactively coordinate between restaurants and riders to ensure timely delivery.
- Address and resolve order-related issues, including delays, cancellations, or special requests.
- Update order status and communication logs in internal systems in real time.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments promptly.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support team in preparing daily operation reports and delivery summaries.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support, operations, or communication roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure situations.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with order tracking systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
