IT Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks,

workstations, support server system(s), supporting hardware/software.
- Troubleshoot/resolve technical problems/issues related to computer hardware/software/LAN

and WAN/internet.
- Resolve & respond to IT tickets.
- Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose computer equipment/systems.
- Plan and coordinate equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system

enhancements.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices.
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- ISP Management.
- Maintaining Daily/Weekly/Monthly Checklist on security.
- Experience with LANs, WANs and Wi-Fi networks and associated equipment (routers,

switches, firewalls, VPN servers),
- Experience with service management and remote desk top management tools.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of all Microsoft systems.
- Excellent comprehension of the English language.
- The ability to work in a team and meet deadlines is a must.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
