Position: E-commerce Website Developer

Location: Pune.

Experience Level: 2 -4 yrs

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Website Development**:
Design, code, and deploy an e-commerce platform tailored to the business needs.

Develop responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces for a seamless user experience.

**2. Platform Integration**:
Integrate secure payment gateways, shipping APIs, and third-party tools.

Manage product catalogues, inventory systems, and order processing.

**3. Database Management**:
Design and maintain efficient, scalable databases for product and user data.

Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

**4. Performance Optimization**:
Conduct regular performance testing and optimize loading times.

Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.

**5. Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting**:
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

Monitor site performance and ensure mínimal downtime.

**6. Analytics and Reporting**:
Implement tracking tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.

Generate and present detailed reports on traffic, sales, and user behaviour.

**7. Collaboration**:
Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align website features with business goals.

Provide technical guidance and training to team members, if required.

**8. Maintenance and Updates**:
Regularly update website features, plugins, and security protocols.

Continuously improve website usability based on user feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar).

2. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom solutions.

3. Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, or others).

4. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

5. Understanding of SEO, UX/UI design principles, and web analytics tools.

6. Ability to integrate and manage APIs and third-party tools.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience in building and managing an end-to-end e-commerce platform.

2. Familiarity with cloud hosting solutions.

3. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM integration.

**Salary**:
**As per market standard and depends on individual’s interview.**
