**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused **Inside Sales Representative** to join our growing team in the building materials retail sector. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in clients and handling inbound inquiries related to products like tiles, granite, plywood, timber, Italian marble, and other decorative materials. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and help close sales from within the showroom or office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom or retail counter.
- Provide product recommendations based on client needs, budget, and style preferences.
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing of various materials such as tiles, marble, plywood, and more.
- Generate quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Maintain customer data, inquiries, and sales pipeline through CRM or internal tools.
- Build long-term customer relationships by offering exceptional after-sales support.
- Keep the showroom well-organized and updated with new samples and product displays.
- Work closely with contractors, architects, interior designers, and builders for B2B leads and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in building materials or interior products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical details related to construction or interior products.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with invoicing or sales management systems.
- A proactive and customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in local language(s) along with Hindi and basic English is preferred.
- Educational background in commerce, sales, or related field is a plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience dealing with architects, builders, or interior designers.
- Familiarity with construction timelines and site coordination.
- Knowledge of trends in home decor and materials.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus
