We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive our business growth through effective lead generation, booking appointments, conducting demos, and following up with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in helping our company achieve its sales targets and expand our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
- Book appointments with interested prospects and schedule demos
- Build and maintain a strong database of leads and clients
- Follow up with prospects to understand their needs and answer any questions they may have
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
- Work with the sales team to close deals and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay up-to-date on product features and new releases
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle objections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel
