**Job Brief**

We at Spiderbox are looking for a talented Social Media Designer with excellent attention to detail with (2-4 years experience) to work directly with the SEO & Copywriter Manager.

The SMD will be responsible for designing original content on all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok and LinkedIn.

As a Social Media Designer at Spiderbox, you will create high-quality graphic materials that will boost brand image and help build a loyal customer base.

As a Social Media Designer, you need to be creative and motivated. This position requires relevant digital marketing knowledge and comprehension of social media trends. You need to have great communication and organizational skills, and be able to both come to decisions independently and work in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design & publish top-notch compelling, consistent creative assets for all digital platforms (online store/display ads/blog/SM graphics, EDM) that reflects the client’s brand and strengthen the brand image to drive online engagement and sales
- Ensure that all graphics are developed, delivered and published on time across all digital platforms
- Ensure that all the graphic elements are consistent in terms of style, colors, and message
- Understand and analyze design briefs and outline requirements
- Develop new concepts, produce and present original ideas to the team
- Test graphic elements on different devices
- Accommodate other interdepartmental design requests
- Self-motivation
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 2-4 years of recent experience
- Good english communication skills
- Strong design skills, premium brand sensibility and ability to create unique content
- Proficiency in graphics editing software Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
- Creativity with the ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency for pending deadlines
- Relevant experience with content management
- Must have a good grasp of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, blogging, LinkedIn, etc
