**Job Title**: Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist
**Location**: Bandra
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Lead

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design**
- Create high-quality visuals, including graphics, illustrations, banners, and advertisements for digital and print use.
- Develop creative assets for social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with branding guidelines.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos for various marketing purposes.

**2. Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content to drive engagement and followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategies.

**3. Campaign Execution**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement social media campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms by adhering to established guidelines.
- Experiment with new formats and trends, such as reels, live videos, and interactive content.

**4. Content Strategy and Ideation**
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop content ideas.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media practices.
- Identify and implement innovative ways to engage and grow the online community.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media posts, campaigns, and ads.
- Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Use analytics tools to track audience growth, engagement, and campaign ROI.

**6. Collaboration**
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives to produce high-quality content.
- Provide design support for internal teams and special projects.

**QualificationsEducation and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging social media captions and posts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
