**Job Title**: Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

**Location**: Mumbai

**Reports To**: Marketing Manager / Business Owner

**Job Summary**

The Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating visually appealing designs and managing the brand’s social media presence to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. This role combines creativity, technical design skills, and social media expertise to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design**
- Design promotional materials, including posters, banners, flyers, and brochures.
- Create engaging digital assets for social media platforms (e.g., posts, stories, ads, and videos).
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and visual communications.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns.

**2. Social Media Management**
- Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts, ensuring they align with marketing strategies.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

**3. Content Creation**
- Develop original content, including graphics, animations, and short videos.
- Collaborate with photographers/videographers to produce high-quality imagery and video content.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy to accompany social media posts.

**4. Campaign Management**
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
- Track the success of campaigns and optimize based on performance data.
- Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business objectives.

**5. Brand Strategy and Development**
- Ensure all designs and social media efforts align with the brand’s voice, tone, and identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep the brand fresh and innovative.
- Propose creative ideas to elevate the brand’s presence online and offline.

**QualificationsEducation and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and successful social media campaigns.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for social media captions and copy.
- Analytical skills to track and report social media performance.

**Personal Attributes**
- Highly creative and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

License/Certification:
