**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualizing Visuals**: Develop visual solutions based on client briefs or project requirements.
- **Designing Layouts**: Create layouts and production designs for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and reports.
- **Selecting Fonts and Colors**: Choose appropriate fonts, colors, and images to visually convey the desired message.
- **Creating Graphics**: Design graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visual elements.
- **Editing and Retouching Images**: Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality output.
- **Collaborating with Teams**: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to ensure cohesive brand identity and message.
- **Meeting Deadlines**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within deadlines.
- **Staying Updated**: Stay current with design trends, techniques, and software tools.

**Skills Required**:

- **Proficiency in Design Software**: Expertise in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in designs.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and visual communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- **Typography**: Understanding of typography principles and knowledge of font selection.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot design issues and find creative solutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
