**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and versatile **Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager** to join our team. This hybrid role combines visual design expertise with strategic social media management to effectively communicate our brand message, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

Location: Kandivali

Experience: 0-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic across all platforms.
- **Content Production**: Design high-quality images, animations, and videos to elevate our social media and marketing content.
- **Software Expertise**: Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design platforms to create impactful visuals.

**Social Media Management**
- **Strategy Development**: Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- **Content Scheduling**: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- **Engagement**: Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build community and brand loyalty.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor social media metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content relevant and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and/or social media management.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design work and successful social media campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social), and analytics tools.
- **Creative Mindset**: Strong ability to think creatively and strategically about visual content and campaign execution.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
