Commercial executive role

**Minimum: 5 years’ Experience**

**Distributor claim settlement
- General trade**

**Location : Mumbai**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In depth knowledge of Claims procedures.
- Regular follow up with export team to ensure timely submission of claims with necessary documentation.
- Prompt resolution of Export Distributors claims in accordance with SOP
- Preparation of MIS report on Spend analysis and AOP budget vs Actual Spent Analysis.
- Preparation of Claim tracker - Detaling claim submitted by distributor and Amount approved by us along with deduction detail if any.
- Reply to audit queries and export distributor queries regarding claims.

GT
- Timely Settlement of Distributors Secondary/ External & Damage Claims as per SOP
- Sales promotion expense head wise Budget creation and tracking
- Checking of target of RD SD SS, Ols, Calculation of rewards Pay-out.
- Preparation of MIS report on Spend, Bud vs Actual Analysis and Reco for Scheme and sales promotion settled through Botree external claim module.
- Preparing monthly Provision for scheme and RDSM
- Maintaining trackers (RDSM, Claims, Special budgets, RD/SD/SS rewards, channel program outlet payment etc)

CRITICAL SKILLS
- Should have good knowledge of Claim reimbursement process and overall Commercial function.
- Knowledge of MS excel and SAP.
- Ability to efficiently address and resolve queries from by export team and export distributors.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills

PREFERRED CANDIDATES
- Knowledge in SAP
- Should have good knowledge of Claim reimbursement process of overseas countries in particular SE Asia and Middle East countries and overall Commercial function in FMCG.
