- Utilize real estate language effectively in communications.
- Conduct market examines to assess property values.
- Stay informed about available properties in the area.
- Monitor real estate trends and best practices for both sectors.
- Search open listings to find suitable properties.
- Work independently while collaborating with team members.
- Prior experience in sourcing residential and commercial properties.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in residential and commercial real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
