Job Description: Sourcing Executive (Real Estate)

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Property Identification: Utilize industry knowledge and resources to identify potential properties suitable for acquisition or development.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on identified properties, including financial analysis, market research, and evaluation of legal aspects.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to secure favorable deals.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact property sourcing and investments.

Documentation: Prepare and review necessary legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on sourcing activities, deal pipelines, and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate with a focus on property sourcing.
- Proven track record of successful property sourcing and deal negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate databases/software.

Additional Skills (preferred):

- Certification or coursework in real estate investment analysis or property valuation.
- Experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs) or institutional real estate investors.
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in languages relevant to local real estate markets.
