Location **:Churchgate, Mumbai (1 opening)**

Industry **:FMCG, Consumer Durable or Pharma**

Joining Requirement **:Immediate Joining / One week / 30 days**

Experience **: 05 years (minimum).**

**Job Description**:
a) Coordinating with Sales Team for quoting Government tenders & processing BG and EMD

b) Banking - preparation of BG/PBG & EMD as per Tender Terms

c) Preparing the data for Working Capital facility

d) Vendor payments - Domestic & Overseas

e) Periodic vendor ledger scrutiny and submit the data/docs to Bank

f) Import documentation for Customs & Banks

g) Preparing weekly MIS with respect to overdue EMD & BG

h) Follow up for the collection of overdue AR, EMD & BG

**Key Competencies and Skills Set**:

- Excellent Analytical Skill
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Finance & Accounting software
- Excellent verbal & written business communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
