**Job Overview**:
The Commercial Executive is responsible for managing all commercial activities, preparing detailed tender quotations, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role involves creating presentations and reports, utilizing advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to support commercial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and manage commercial documentation and records.

Prepare and submit detailed tender quotations and commercial proposals.

Create and maintain comprehensive reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in all commercial communications and documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information for quotations and proposals.

Monitor and analyze commercial trends and provide actionable insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a commercial or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

**Skills**:

- Advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Professional PowerPoint presentation design
- Effective documentation and reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
