Executive - Commercial

**Overview of Job**

Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for an Executive - Commercial to join us

**Reporting of the Role**

This role reports to: Tanushree Bawkar - Senior Director - Commercial

- Better understanding of the Agency’s Media business, understanding of GRP’s and channel
- To partner with one of the marquee FMCG advertisers on the Commercial reporting.
- To opportunity to understand the media eco-system.

**In this role, your goals will be**:
**In three months**:
Complete understanding of media business and the commercial aspects of the contract with the Client.

**In six months**:

- To be fully equipped to single-handedly deliver on the roles and responsibilities.

**In 12 months**:

- To build best-in-class practices towards monthly reporting on the Commercial nuances

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- eDCPM recon working
- VD+SB File
- Planned bonus collection & calculation from Ops for future bonus deployment activity
- Network recon working & review with Managers
- DMACQ upload
- Monthly Planned Vs Implemented working
- Reconciliations on Tech platforms on impressions as per agreed threshold

**What you will need**:
4-5 years of experience in the field of Media Commercial.

**Minimum qualifications**: Commerce Graduate
