Commercial Strategy Leader
">Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives sustainable growth, aligns with the company's business objectives, and increases market share.
- Commercial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial department, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of business processes, monitoring sales pipeline, progress reports, and projects executed according to schedule and within budget.
- Sales and Business Development: Lead negotiations with key clients and partners, secure long-term contracts and profitable deals, and continuously develop new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major clients and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the commercial team, providing regular coaching, mentorship, and training to improve individual and team performance.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, forecast sales, and track financial performance, ensuring revenue, costs, and profitability targets are achieved.
- Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing regular commercial reports to the executive leadership team, including market insights, sales performance, and forecasts.
