Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - Fire & Safety Operations
Department: Sales
Location: [Ahmedabad Sola Science City]
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities.
Engage with customers to understand their fire and safety needs (fire extinguishers, fire alarms, suppression systems, PPE, safety audits, etc.).
Provide product and service information, quotes, and proposals to potential customers.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
Schedule appointments for field sales or technical teams as needed.
Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Follow up on maintenance contracts, renewals, and annual safety inspections.
Stay updated with relevant fire and safety compliance standards (e.g., NFPA, OSHA, BIS, local fire codes).
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in business, marketing, or related field).
1-3 years of inside sales or telesales experience; fire & safety or industrial product experience is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
Strong team collaboration with field sales and service personnel.
**Preferred Skills**:
Understanding of fire safety equipment and compliance requirements.
Experience working with EPC contractors, facility managers, or industrial clients.
Multilingual ability (if serving regional markets).
