**Job Description for an Executive Assistant (EA)Job Title**: Executive Assistant (EA)**Reports To**: Senior Executive (CEO, CFO, Director, etc.)**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar & Scheduling**: Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange flights, hotels, and itineraries for business travel.
- **Meeting & Event Planning**: Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- **Confidentiality & Compliance**: Handle sensitive company information with discretion.
- **Office Administration**: Oversee office operations, order supplies, and liaise with vendors.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in managing and tracking projects to ensure timely completion.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as an EA, Personal Assistant, or in an administrative role
Pay: ₹14,933.40 - ₹54,382.35 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
- 10 key typing: 1 year (preferred)
