An Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in supporting the chief executive officer in their day-to-day activities and operations within the organization. The position typically involves a combination of administrative, strategic, and communication tasks to help ensure the CEO can focus on leading the company effectively. Here are some key responsibilities, qualifications, and skills often associated with this role:
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize materials for meetings; take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.

Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Prepare and edit internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.

Coordinate and facilitate communication across various departments and teams.

Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, initiatives, and events.

Track progress on projects and report on key metrics and outcomes.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Maintain the privacy of the CEO’s activities, decisions, and communications.

**Experience**:
Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar administrative role, particularly at the C-level.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with project management tools.

Location: Juinagar

Timing: Monday to Saturday - 9 to 6

**Salary**: CTC NEGOTIABLE
