**Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, provide information, or address inquiries.
- **Lead Conversion**: Identify sales opportunities by understanding the customer's needs and converting leads into sales or appointments.
- **Customer Support**: Respond to customer queries, provide assistance with product information, pricing, or order status, and resolve any complaints or issues.
- **Maintain Customer Database**: Accurately document details of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, in the CRM system for future reference.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Regularly follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but haven’t made a purchase or with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services being offered to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Handling Objections**: Address customer concerns and objections effectively, using persuasive techniques to ensure a positive outcome.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets as set by the company.
- **Feedback to Management**: Report any common customer issues or product feedback to management to help improve services or offerings.
- **Script Adherence**: Follow telecalling scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
