- **Product/Service Promotion**: They promote products or services offered by the company, explain their features and benefits, and try to persuade customers to make a purchase or use the services.
- **Customer Assistance**: In addition to sales, they provide assistance to customers by answering questions, providing information about products or services, and addressing concerns or complaints. They strive to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Lead Generation**: Telecalling executives often generate leads by identifying potential customers who have shown interest in the company's products or services. They gather information about these leads and forward them to the sales team for further follow-up.
- **Maintaining Records**: They maintain detailed records of calls made, customer interactions, inquiries, and sales. This data is crucial for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying trends, and improving strategies.
