
Tele Calling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy talking to people, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and clients from the provided database or leads.
- Explain products/services to customers clearly and effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into potential sales or appointments.
- Maintain call logs, records, and CRM data accurately.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention languages – e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or calling software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
