We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Call Center Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling to potential customers to generate leads and sales
- Effectively presenting products/services and addressing customer inquiries
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Utilizing CRM software to manage customer data and sales pipeline
- Collaborating with team members to improve sales processes and performance **Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in call center sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment -Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- High level of energy and enthusiasm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
